Courtney Monroe was with Mayo Auction and Realty from 2015 to 2018. Courtney started Monroe Appraisals LLC in 2018. Courtney is a graduate of the Graduate Personal Property Appraisal (GPPA) course, and a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Courtney completed her 40-hour GPPA course and 15-hour USPAP course and exam in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2016. Courtney specializes in producing asset appraisals in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and has experience with valuing assets such as machinery, equipment, furniture, and collectibles.
